Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe and UAE-based oilfield equipment supplier Ali & Sons Oilfield Supplies & Services (ASOS) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a technical alliance.

Under the agreement, Interpipe will provide ASOS with the necessary technology and expertise to expand seamless pipe production in Abu Dhabi.

ASOS plans a near-future implementation of a greenfield project, including a new integrated pipe complex spanning 200,000 square meters. This facility will have an annual capacity of 250,000 tons of seamless pipes, aimed at meeting the growing demand across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and other global markets.
