International crude oil prices rise slightly on Apr 15

The United States will negotiate to ensure that vessels can freely pass through the Oman side of the Strait of Hormuz without being attacked, aiming to reach an agreement with both parties to prevent further conflict. International crude oil prices rose slightly on April 15, with limited overall movement.

West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude for May delivery increased by US$0.01 (0.01%), reaching US$91.29 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Brent crude for June delivery rose by US$0.14 (0.15%) to US$94.93 per barrel.
