China's Ministry of Commerce announced the extension of trade barrier investigations regarding United States practices affecting global supply chains and obstructing green product trade.

Originally launched on March 27, 2026, under foreign trade laws and investigation regulations, the dual inquiries underwent reassessment due to case complexity.

Pursuant to article thirty-two of the trade barrier rules, authorities extended both investigation periods to December 27, 2026.
