UK-based steel and aluminum components manufacturer Autostructures UK has entered administration after 68 years of operation, as its parent company Moveero Ltd. seeks to stabilize the business. Joint administrators were appointed on March 25 to oversee operations and explore potential buyers while protecting creditors.

The company, which supplies components such as wheel rims and hubs for construction and agricultural equipment, has faced prolonged pressure from a weak off-road vehicle market, pricing challenges, and rising competition. Despite the UK unit’s difficulties, Moveero said its broader group performance remains solid, with US and other international operations unaffected.
