The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission has postponed its findings regarding precision pipes and tubes imported from China and South Korea. Following an application by Orrcon Manufacturing Pty Ltd, the commission started its first sunset reviews on existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) measures.

The Statement of Essential Facts (SEF) is now expected to be issued by April 9, 2026, and the Final Report for a recommendation to the Minister for Industry and Science is due by June 10, 2026.

The inquiry period spans from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and the injury examination period is from July 1, 2021. The review specifically examines products under HS codes 7306.30.00.30, 7306.50.00.45, and 7306.61.00.21.
