Zekelman subsidiary Atlas Tube signed an agreement to establish a joint venture combining its operations with Maruichi USA.

Under the terms of the deal, Atlas Tube will assume management responsibilities for the combined business. Finalization of the transaction depends on customary due diligence and final legal documentation, with completion anticipated in late June 2026.

The transaction integrates Maruichi's decades-long manufacturing footprint with Zekelman's extensive North American network, which spans 17 production locations and specializes in hollow structural sections, steel pipes, and electrical conduits.
