Australia extends due date to publish ruling of AD & CVD measures on China’s aluminum zinc coated steel

On May 25, 2023, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission announced an extension of the deadline to publish the final report and recommendations of the anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) measures on aluminum zinc coated steel from China.

The final recommendation will be made in a final report to the Minister for Industry and Science on or before June 22, 2023.

The products involved are flat-rolled products of iron and non-alloy steel of a width equal to or greater than 600mm, plated or coated with aluminum-zinc alloys, not painted whether or not including resin coating, classified under HS codes 7210.61.00 (statistical codes 60, 61 and 62).
