US maintains existing AD duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipes from 3 countries

30 Nov 2022 17:07 reported by Stanley Wang

A A A
The US International Trade Commission (USITC) made the decision that revoking the existing anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on imports of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury.

Therefore, the Commission determined to maintain the existing AD duty on imports of this product from these three countries.
