As the released news indicated, the anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations on imported seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the Czech Republic, Russia, South Korea, and Ukraine have been started by the US recently.

There is one petitioner in this case, which is Vallourec Star.

The alleged dumping margin for the Czech Republic ranges from 50.45-51.7%, 41.07-273.47% for Russia, 114.8-131.31% for South Korea, and 42.38-42.88% for Ukraine.

In addition, the petitioner also accused that Russian producers benefited from 11 subsidy programs, and South Korean producers benefited from 38 subsidy programs.

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) planned to make the judge on CVD around October 2, 2020 and the primary determination of AD on December 16.
