A A A
According to the final ruling made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), Mexican carbon and certain alloy steel wire rods were sold at prices lower than the fair value in the US market during the period of review from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018.

The final weighted-average dumping margin for Mexico was set at 13.68%, which was greatly lower than Ternium's previous 40.52% but higher than Deacero's previous 3.94%.
