EU may revenge if US not cancel imported steel & aluminum tariffs

According to the news from one of the officials in the EU, the EU was currently planning to levy revenge tariff on US’ products to revenge US’ import tariffs on EU’s steel and aluminum products.

By the related news, the tariff measure from the EU had been approved on April 6th and would be implemented from May 8th.

The market expected both the US and the EU would start a new round negotiation very soon and might reach the deal within a month to avoid the new trade war.
