Canada makes final ruling of third AD & CVD sunset review on China's carbon steel fasteners

It was reported that on March 26th, 2020, the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a final ruling of the third anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review on carbon steel fasteners originating in or imported from China, as well as a final ruling of the third anti-dumping review on carbon steel fasteners from Taiwan.
According to the ruling, if the current anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures were canceled, dumping to Canada and government subsidies of the products involved will continue or reoccur.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) was expected to make a final ruling on AD and CVD sunset review industrial damage before September 2nd, 2020.
The Canadian customs codes of the products involved were 7318.11.00.00, 7318.12.00.00, 7318.14.00.00, 7318.15.00.10, 7318.15.00.42, 7318.15.00.45, and 7318.15.00.49.
