According to the official news from the US government, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced to investigate whether forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany, India, and Italy had sold the products with under-value price to the US, and also found whether the producers from China, Germany, India, and Italy received the unfair subsidies to suffer the US’ domestic steelmakers.

The alleged dumping margins for each country which involved were 83.37% for Germany, 198.85% for India, 87.04% for Italy.

The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) would make the preliminary determinations before February 3rd.
