EEC makes final AD ruling on seamless pipe imports from China

It was reported that the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announced on September 17th that it has made a final ruling of anti-dumping on the imports of hot-deformed stainless steel seamless pipes with a diameter of 650mm from China, determining that the products had dumping issue and caused substantial injury on the related industries of the EEC.

The anti-dumping duty rate was set at 15.50%, with a validity of 5 years. The products involved were under HS codes 7304491000, 7304499301, 7304499309, 73044905501, 7304499509 and 7304499900. The resolution will be effective on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

The stakeholders should submit commentaries on the case before October 2nd, 2019.

The investigation was launched on September 4th, 2018.
