Accent Resources has signed binding agreements to sell its Norseman gold project in Western Australia to Boomerang Mining for A$4 million in cash, while retaining 100% of the iron-ore and platinum group metal (PGM) mineral rights across the project area through a mineral sharing agreement.

Under the deal, Accent also holds a long-term 4% royalty over future production from all other minerals, with Boomerang holding an option to acquire 50% of that royalty interest for an additional A$4 million. Mineral Mining Services has guaranteed Boomerang's transaction obligations.

Accent stated the proceeds will strengthen its balance sheet and support the advancement of its core iron-ore strategy.
