US makes final AD ruling on Turkey rebar

According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Turkey, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that Turkey’s Colakoglu Metalurji A.S./Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S. (Colakoglu) and Kaptan Demir Celik Endustrisi Ve Ticaret A.S./Kaptan Metal Dis Ticaret Ve Nakliyat A.S. (Kaptan) sold the subject products at prices below the normal value during the review period from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.

Based on comments received from interested parties, the final weighted average dumping set for Colakoglu and Kaptan is changed from the preliminary rulings to 1.13%, while Icdas Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim Sanayi A.S. (Icdas) received zero.

This notice was applicable on May 19, 2025.
