Italian startup Need Steel launches B2B platform dedicated to digitalization of steel trade

An Italian startup Need Steel has launched a B2B trading platform aimed at promoting the digitalization of the steel trade, simplifying transaction processes, and enhancing transaction security. 

The company, located in Treviso in northern Italy, is expected to generate EUR 600,000 in revenue in 2024, with an EBITDA margin of 26%.

It is estimated that the European steel market has an annual transaction volume of EUR 500 billion. The Need Steel platform has already attracted over 350 active users and has established partnerships with leading companies, including Taiwan's Meglobe Co., Ltd. and China's Zhenshi Holding Group.
