According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Pipe & Piling Supplies Ltd., the only producer/exporter subject to this review, sold the subject products large diameter welded pipes at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023.

Therefore, the company received a weighted average dumping margin of 50.89%, the same as the preliminary results confirmed in May this year.

The products involved are welded carbon and alloy steel pipes (excluding stainless steel pipe) with a nominal outside diameter exceeding 406.4 mm (16 inches) (large diameter welded pipe), regardless of wall thickness, length, surface finish, grade, end finish, or stenciling. These products are under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) subheadings 7305.11.1030, 7305.11.1060, 7305.11.5000, 7305.12.1030, 7305.12.1060, 7305.12.5000, 7305.19.1030, 7305.19.1060, 7305.19.5000, 7305.31.4000, 7305.31.6090, 7305.39.1000, and 7305.39.5000.
