Mexico initiates second AD sunset review on China’s galvanized steel wire mesh

On September 30, 2024, the Mexican Ministry of Economy (SE) started the second sunset review of the anti-dumping (AD) order on galvanized steel wire mesh from China, following an application lodged by Deacero, S.A.P.I. de C.V.

The dumping investigation period is from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024, and the injury investigation period is from August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2024.

The products involved are under tariff codes 7314.19.03, 7314.19.99, and 7314.31.01 of the TIGIE.

The existing AD measure remains in effect during the dumping investigation period.
