According to the final results of the expedited fourth sunset review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that revoking the existing AD order on subject goods from China would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at a margin of 75.50%.

The products involved are finished and unfinished non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings ranging from 1/4 inch to 6 inches in inside diameter, whether threaded or unthreaded, regardless of industry or proprietary specifications. These products are classified in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) under item numbers 7307.11.00.30, 7307.11.00.60, 7307.19.30.60, and 7307.19.30.85.

This fourth AD sunset review was launched by the USDOC on June 3, 2024.
