According to the report, the recent rebound in the profitability of Chinese steel companies has driven the factory to increase production enthusiasm. This indicated that Chinese steel companies are recovering demand for high-grade iron ore.

It was reported that the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China issued the task of requiring steel companies to save energy and reduce emissions last week, which meant that more high-quality iron ore will be provided to the market under the use of advanced equipment.

In the long run, based on strict emission control, the future market will prefer high quality iron ore. As a result, steel companies are recovering from higher quality and higher prices of iron ore.
