US initially adjusts CVD rate on welded steel pipes from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily determined that Turkish producers and exporters of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes have received countervailable subsidies during the period of review from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2017.

According to the determination, the initial subsidy rate for Turkish Borusan Holding A.Ş. and Borusan Mannesmann was set at 0.92%, and Toscelik Profil was subject to a rate of 1.53%. All the other Turkish producers and exporters received the subsidy rate at 1.23%.
