Feng Hsin to keep steel products price unchanged

Taiwan's major steel long products producer, Feng Hsin Iron & Steel has announced to keep its rebar, steel sections and scrap purchasing price unchanged for this week.
The company’s price for rebar will be NT$18,200/ton, and scrap purchasing price is about NT$11,500 to 12,000/ton and for steel sections is NT$20,100 to 20,300/ton.
Last week, the rebar market price seems to rebound again from bottom; one of southern Taiwan's rebar mill offered limited allocation at NT$17,500/ton and the other northern Taiwan's mill offered higher price of NT$18,000/ton.
Some market analysts said that the rebar price will climb higher after Chinese New Year vacation.
